Every hotel listed on BNBUK is operated by a professional hospitality management company. The platform does not accept listings from private individuals, Airbnb-style hosts, or unregulated short-term rental operators.
BNBUK works primarily with hotels managed by [Trivelles Hotels](https://www.trivelleshotels.com) and Large Hospitality UK-based hotel management companies operating properties across Leicester, Manchester, Stockport, Crawley, Nottingham, and Preston.
